We demolished & cleared the existing building, however the front facade had to be kept, supported & refurbished due to Historic Heritage requirements.
A large sub-terranean basement area was formed, with a new 3 story substantial family home constructed & finished to a High specification.
One of the main features internally was the large & open entrance hall & staircase with landing galleries on the first & second floors, as can be seen in images below, great attention to detail was given in the design & installation of this staircase & to all areas generally.
